Landowners: What’s In It For You?

We’re always interested in finding suitable land for our solar projects.

Solar projects are a low-impact use of your property.

Solar projects do not permanently alter the land. They are quiet neighbors and require very little maintenance. In addition to producing clean energy, they promote biodiversity, and use environmentally friendly construction practices.

20+ Years of Income

We pay you for 20 or more years to lease your land and offer competitive rates for well-suited land. Leases can be extended to 30-40 years if you are interested. And, if it makes sense, we could offer you a fair market price to purchase your land.

Diversify Revenue Streams

If you have a parcel of land that is not being put to use, solar can create a passive income stream. Farmers especially enjoy using portions of their land that is not suitable for growing crops to add another diverse revenue stream to the farm.

Future Use of the Property

Due to their low-impact on the land, solar projects are easily removed from your property. After the lease expires, the project is decommissioned at our expense and the land can be used for other purposes like building a house, grazing cattle, or growing vegetables.
